Back Gauges

• Manual rack and pinion with rule.
• Power operated leadscrew – 750mm.
• Front operated by push buttons mounted in the panel.
• Metric readout as standard, imperial available.
• Dual speed operation available. 1000mm optional – sheet support recommended.
• ‘Go To’ LED positioning controller extra to the power operated back gauge, fitted instead of the standard readout, providing pre-set accurate dimensioning with backlash compensation.

Front Support Arms

• Standard 1M from the blades. Extra lengths available for front shearing, fitted with disappearing stops.

Side Squaring Arms

• A basic butt square is fitted as standard to the bed of the shear. Extra lengths available with 2 swing stops and rule.

Quadrant Side Gauge

• For angle shearing. This may reduce the working length of the machine.

Rear Guard

• This guard complies with the ‘CE’ directive and is a statutory requirement in Europe. It is electrically interlocked to prevent operation of the machine.

Fluorescent Lighting of the cutting line.

Shear Blades

• Stainless quality blades are fitted as standard. Besides offering a re-grind service, we also carry a large stock of the popular sizes for shears made during the last 20 years.

Electrics

• 380/415/3/50 hz. Fitted as standard. Other international supplies available upon request.

Paint colours

• Grey and red as standard. Machines can be painted to customers’ colours upon request.

Sheet support

Installation or Commission & Instruction

• On the safe use and maintenance of your guillotine. We recommend that our Engineers check the level and blade gap prior to operation, after transportation. We can quote for this service which normally takes a full working day once the machine is in position and an electrical supply provided.
