Our DFR 1350 flat bed deburring machine is now available for demonstration in our showroom. This machine offers an ideal solution for de-slagging or deburring profile cut parts. Using two pairs of oscillating wheels with lateral movement and a conveyor belt with adjustable speed, the parts are efficiently deburred as they pass through the machine. Both heavy de-slagging wheels and abrasive wheels in different grits are available, depending on the condition of the material and the desired finish. 

The machine features an easy-to-use touch screen PLC control that adjusts all parameters including the conveyor speed, the thickness adjustment, and the lateral and oscillating speed of the deburring wheels. Parts can be processed across a width of 1350mm and in thicknesses of up to 40mm. Once processed by the machine, parts are ready to weld or move to the next stage of the manufacturing process.
