Morgan Rushworth XTS 6036.12000 Tube Laser Cutting Machine
The Morgan Rushworth XTS Compact (2-Chuck) Tube Laser streamlines tube feeding and precision cutting through an integrated semi-automatic loading system. Built on a side-mounted machine structure, it accommodates tube diameters spanning 20 mm to 360 mm and incorporates a clearance-enabled front chuck supported by fully servo-controlled floating mechanisms. Operating with power options of 3 kW, 6 kW, or 12 kW and acceleration rates reaching 1.0G, the system manages raw material bundles up to 2,000 kg while handling infeed lengths up to 7.5 m and outfeed lengths up to 6 m.
Automatically processing round, square, and rectangular tubing, as well as I-beams, channel steel, and custom-shaped profiles, this machine substantially reduces manual labor needs. Furthermore, its specialized chuck-clearance functionality allows the cutting head to travel between the front and rear chucks, keeping drop-off tails to a minimum and maximizing overall material efficiency.
